I wanted to send you an email to thank you and especially the removal team yesterday for all their hard work during our move. We were so lucky with the weather.

We often write back to companies after we have received their services to complain, however, we don’t often write back to thank them for all their hard work and how impressed we where.

All the delivery man were amazing, very friendly and all very polite, what a great bunch of gentlemen. Please could you thank them from both Elliott and I for their services and hard work yesterday. They are a credit to the company.

I rarely write to acknowledge good service, but I am compelled to do so today.The service that you provided was superior in every respect. The team on our move were courteous, hardworking, efficient and very accommodating. You were not the most expensive bid for the removal contract, which helped our decision to use you, but that would not have been detectable from the quality of service provided to us. I will have no hesitation recommending you to anyone in future.

On the day of the move, the skill and care shown by Kevin and Luke and Darren with our furniture is also worthy of mention. Kevin has remarkable spatial awareness that got an impossibly large chest of drawers down an awkward small staircase. Watching them work as a team was very impressive. Darren’s packing of our precious china was very careful and my wife was impressed by the quality of the packing materials.

It is this kind of service that makes it a delight to recommend your services to anyone.

My first task this morning must be to express the grateful thanks of my wife and I for the excellent service you and your team provided on Tuesday and Wednesday last for our removal from Gosfield Hall to Sudbury.
